I am making a large cake this weekend and need to know if I have enough icing. Here are the specifics:
All cakes are 4" in height
All will be covered in Bc icing
I made two batches of icing. One batch fills a kitchen aid 5 qt mixer bowl.
The two batches I have are for icing the cakes only. I have a separate batch for the filling.
Do I have enough? I use Sharon Zambito icing method.
