Hi,

I've been asked to bake cake pops and cupcakes for a baby shower that is expected to have at least 80-100 guests in attendance. The event is on Aug. 24th. How many should I bake? And how far in advance should I do them, i.e. bake and freeze at least 2 weeks or more?

Thanks!

You should make the number the customer will pay for.

cupcakes can be frozen easily 2 weeks.

Cake pops can be refrigerated three weeks.

Decorated baked goods can be frozen between 2-3 weeks, or undecorated?

ADecorated or undecorated. Just package carefully.
