I'm new to the cake/cupcake scene and have been trying different techniques to make my cupcakes even. I use the same size scoop to dish my cupcakes into the cupcake pan however some are overflowing in the foils while some are smaller. Is my scoop too big or is there something specific you have found that makes the 'perfect' size cupcake?
