How Do You Attach Sugarveil To A Foam Dummy?

AI want to put Sugarveil lace around the bottom of a foam dummy then fondant over to cover the part attached. How do I attach directly to the foam? Royal icing? Thanks.

Hi Kathy - SugarVeil sticks to anything/everything with just the tiniest bit of moisture from a fingertip. No glue or royal icing necessary.
