Hello, I lived on Maui for 9 years so tasted allot of different culture foods. One of my favorite is cookies filled with black bean paste( sounds bad but is sweet and also used for a topper on ice cream.

Does any one else have different culture cookie recipes? I have two old cook books from Maui fairs but not much on cookies.
