AHello. I am making a 6 tiered wedding cake in aug. It will be a rustic textured buttercream cake. I have done pretty much all fondant wedding cakes and I put them together on site my question is do I stack this cake while I am doing the rustic texture or can I do each tier in the design and stack it when I get it to the wedding. The cake has to travel about 30 miles. This will also be my first rustic texture cake. :). Thank you so much for any help or tips. I really appreciate it

I dont know about the butterceam, as I dont really use it, however, keep in mind that a 6 tier cake is going to be VERY heavy. Are you going to be able to lift and carry it, even with help?

also a 5 tier cake just fits into the back of my car, so make sure that a stacked 6 tier cake will actually fit.

Ditto everything said above^^^  If I was doing it, I wouldn't stack more than 4 tiers before travel, assemble the rest on site.
