AI price 3-D cakes differently than my other cakes as they are more time consuming and often require a bit more in way of structure and time for design planning. I do not price 3-D cakes per serving but rather according to the time estimated to create the cake, inclusion of costs, and a premium for my time because of the higher skill and stress involved. While a 3-D cake might only serve let's say 30 people you might have to charge the equivalent of $10.00 - $12.00 per serving once you include all of the extra considerations. If the customer wants a 3-D cake they would have to understand that there is a lot more to it than how you would go about pricing another type of cake such as a wedding or celebration cake. HTH

That cake is more work than one might think at first glance. I'm not too clear on the size is it 20 inches without the antlers? I'm say something between $800-$1500 depending on detail (eyes and texture)
