I am using the recipe for WASC from Sutterby.  What I was wondering she was gracious enough to provide for how much to bake for round but I need them for a 14, 10 and 6 square.  Anyone know how many times I should make this batter. TIA

For square cakes, I use:

(amounts listed are for 2 pans, I bake one pan fuller than the other, and torte the larger tier for 3 layers of cake, 2 layers of filling)

6" - 850-900 grams

10" - 2550-3000 grams

14" - approx. 5800 grams

1 box mix + additional ingred. weighs about 1400-1500 grams (depending on brand used)
