ADoes anyone have a really good accurate cake serving size chart!!! There are so many different ones and none are the same. I need an accurate one .

Like how many does an 8inch round cake feed? A 10inch? Etc.

This is the industry standard serving size.  It really is just a basis for having a consistent idea of what size cake to get.  If customers want serving sizes larger than 1 by 2 by 3 or 4 they can just go up in size.  This chart is also in every Wilton yearbook.

AThe industry standard serving size is 1"x2"x4" which equals 8 cubic inches of cake. So if you do the math and find the volume of each pan, then divide by 8, to find how many servings are in each pan, Wilton is the most accurate. I used Earlene's for years, but switched to Wilton last year, after I did the math.

AAnd there are online calculators that will do the math for you, you don't have to do it yourself, so if you decide to do the math, make it easy on yourself!
