AHey cake lovers!!

Anyone know how I can make silver fondant,?? Does the spray in a can from duff work? I have heard from few people that it doesn't . Help please?

AWiltons sprays works excellent or alternatively mix in abit of paint base and powdered silver color to the fondant and work the color in. Powder glitter can also be used. Hope this helps :)

Thank you so much! I have tried to use the powder, and IT WAS A DISASTER! Lol! But thanks again! Ill try the spray paint!

AOh dear powder on fondant is a no no the paint base is used to moisten it up, most welcome :)

I've tinted my fondant to gray and then sprayed with wilton silver spray...worked great!

I can't even get a gray color. I use the black Wilton gel coloring and it turns purple!

AStay away from wilton the stuff is garbage.. try one silver spray it goes a long way.. wilton is horrible is there nothing else near you?

Yeah! I have noticed Wilton is garbage . Well I have michaels near me. And not sure what other craft store . Where is the best place to go?
