Hi all...

I have a Hermes cake due in less than 24 hrs. After covering it with fondant, there was a spot that i need to hide. I thought an eiffel tower will be a great idea. But can it dry and be sturdy enough for delivery if i only have a few hours to have it ready? If anyone has a quick eiffle tower tutorial pls pass it to me :) thanks in advance! Xx

I don't have a template, but I am sure you can find diagrams of the Eiffel tower to trace.  If you need it dried in 24 hours, I suggest you pipe candy melts onto parchment paper.  Then "glue" the sides together with the same candy melts.  Royal icing will not dry fast enough and breaks easily.  Candy melts break as well, but they harden up in the refrigerator nicely so you can break them and just make more.
