AHow would you go about decorating this two-toned cake?

I have a feeling the cake is iced completely in choco w/the drips drizzled on 1/2 of it and white foondant covering the other 1/2.

I hope your cake turns out great! I've seen these that past couple of years, and my sister really wants one when she gets married. I'm not sure how I feel about it...
