My grandson has asked for a chocolate cake with peanut butter filling.  Can I add peanut butter to the Costco filling recipe?  If so how much and when do I add it?  If not are there any other suggestions?

Thanks from a Newbie.icon_eek.gif

I have no idea what the costco filling recipe is so others might not either and that's why you haven't gotten any replies.

Sorry.  Costco filling/mouse is 1 cup whipping cream, 1 cup milk and 1 package instant pudding.

Adding PB to that will make it thick - and maybe lumpy/curdled/grainy.  It might depend on the brand of PB used but I have done simular stuff and that's what happened.

AIve never tried this before but I wonder how it would turn out if you melted chocolate chips and peanut butter together to make kind of a drizzle filling in the middle??
