I'm not sure if this is where this is supposed to go but i figured a general forum might be ok.  If not, I'm sorry.  I wont something like this again in this forum.

I'm just getting started in making tutorials and blog posts.  They are definitely not up to the standards of cake central tutorials but I think they would be good for beginner bakers.

Would ya'll mind taking a look and letting me know if they are completely trash and a waste of time or if they would be ok for the basic beginner?  I would really appreciate it.

I'm working on my pictures as well and trying to up my quality.  I got a new SLR camera and am working on learning to use it.

It's under the tutorials section.

Thanks so much.

I think the tutorials are fine, except I'm not crazy about the text font. My suggestion is about organization. I would have the "Tutorials" on the menu be a drop down box so I could choose the tutorial I wanted. At first glance it just looks like all of the tutorials are on one page. Just a suggestion.

Thank you.

You think it would be better with normal font?  I do agree with the drop down menu idea.  I will try to find a way to do that on blogger.

Font: That's just my opinion. I'm kind of old-fashioned. You probably need other opinions.

I agree with previous comments; the font is quite hard to read. I think it's fine to have the tutorials like it is now, I had no problem navigating the tutorials page :)

Agree about the font, putting the drop down menu will clean it up and seem more organized.  Also can I suggest you take your pics with a more solid background.  Here is a thread you can follow, I feel it will enhance your page.

thanks everyone.

I changed the font of the entire blog.  I also changed the links to the tutorials and put them onto the sidebar.  I am looking for a way to do a drop down menu instead of a side bar.

Thanks for the link to the thread about pictures.  Taking pictures is a real issue for me.  I hadn't seen that thread.  I think it will help a lot.
