The Baby Elephant Compressor is suitable for both beginners and fine detailing. It is powerful enough for a range of projects and at the same time gentle enough to not damage the icing, which was ideal for what I needed. I purchased my first cake kit from Airbrush Solutions. They offer a friendly service and are very helpful in finding you the correct product for what you need, rather than certain companies who just want to sell! Maybe contact them for further guidance.
