How Do I Add The "featured In Cake Central Mag" Button To My Photo?

Hi, this month I have the honor of being featured in the May issue of Cake Central magazine. I am completely computer illiterate and can't for the life of me figure out for the life of me to:
1. make copies of the pages I'm on as jpgs (converting from pdf).
2. how to add the "featured" button onto my picture?
Can anyone help me? thank you.
