AI've completed Wilton's Course 1 and 2 at Michael's. Unfortunately, I don't think their pansies are too realistic. Would anybody be able to point to what cutters and video tutorials would help me create more realistic pansies?

I completly agree. The ones I made there were nice enough but didn't look that real. Here is a tutorial on her that makes very realistic flowers. Click the pictures to make them bigger and see the steps. http://cakecentral.com/a/step-by-step-gumpaste-pansies

You can try ebay. It is a rose petal cutter. It lookes like this http://www.countrykitchensa.com/shop/cake-decorating-supplies/rose-petal-cutter-set/38/527/230/633183/. Hope that helps!
