ACan anyone help me? I have a Mac computer and have downloaded Firefox to us with icing images... They're a pc based company and don't provide support for Mac users. Anyways I have a ton of icing images frosting sheets and I can't for the life of me get it to print through their IPrint on their website and I was using it with Firefox, like they said to. It won't print anything. Can anyone help?

I just don't want to not be able to use all my frosting sheets. ;(

You are not required to use iPrint, you can use any software program you want. So if you have any graphics program, you can use it! Where iPrint is required is the multiple up icing sheets like the 2.5" circles. If you are using multiple up, we do have some templates as well.  Just email [email protected] and ask for them and we will send it to you. We have heard some Mac customers use Safari and it worked as well.

I'd like to use Iprint though... I like how easy it is to use. I'm going to see if I can get my old PC running again if I can't get it to work on my mac.

Any suggestions for graphics programs to use?

I will email for some templates to use for the 2.5" circles... I have a whole package of them I want to be able to use ;)

AOk, I've got it printing on my old PC, which is great... BUT I'm trying to print my 2.5" circles and they aren't lining up properly with the frosting sheet circles, and are printing smaller than the circle themselves. What do I need to do to fix this? (I'm thinking I need another phone call to you guys tomorrow.) ;)

While I outsource my edible printing, and use a color laser with my iMac (and either a monochrome laser or a Microdry with my old Performa), I've had some printing difficulties myself (GIMP for X11 crashes if you try to print from it). I've found that the simplest solution (and the one I use for my Christmas cards) is to print from Preview.

And if you need multiple-up printing that's in register with pre-printed cupcake circles, I'd suggest you do what I do for multiple-up printing in register with label stock: work out your alignment with test prints on plain paper, and use a lightbox (or a bright window, or in a pinch, just hold them up to the light) to check registration with each incremental adjustment.
