I am wonder how to make like that icing ? It is Steady and strong and not fluid

that is basketweave done w/two different tips.  The top 'border' is the 'rope' border, then roses all around.

This recipe makes a yummy chocolate buttercream.  If you want a lighter chocolate flavor, use a regular cocoa powder, such as Hershey's, or if you want a darker chocolate flavor, use Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa powder.  Other brands can be used as well.
