Its the same as the darker orangey one center bottom.  Looks like they took a petal cutter and ruffled and layered them.  On the lighter flower that is center, middle tier, appears they took a petal and rolled it to create the center.

I have no idea who made the cake, but it is gorgeous.

AIt looks like they bought a set of circle cutters and used them to cut out each layer of petals, than frilled the edges a lot and simply gave each colored flower a diffrent center.

I would use either of these and ruffle them.  probably the 6 petal cutter.

AThey look completely round to me , I might be wrong but I don't see where the six petal cutter would give you the flower in the picture. Jmo.

This cake looks a lot more professional than the first one you show.  Flowers on the first one look like an attempt at fantasy peonies, but the second cake artist "nailed it".  Just my humble opinion.

Re color: I say it's a very light pink or peach.  Does it matter that much?  As long as y ou keep the color very pale/pastel  you could use orange, or pink or even a tiny speck of brown to make them tannish.

Like this with graduated circle cutters, only more ruffled with the ball tool, and dried flatter:

As to the color, its some species of peach in varying strengths.

A@Auntginn, that's ok it just looks like they took circle cutters and cut them out than frilled the edges a lot than did each colored flower alittle different.

OP maybe cutters something like these www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00004S1CI
