Help please . I have an order due on Friday for a date nut cake. Of course, I've never made one!! I would like it to be fluffy like cake and not bread and from scratch. It seems the recipes I've found seem quite heavy in texture and made into a loaf pan. I was thinking a two layer with browned butter icing.. Whatcha think?? Thank you for all your help!
