Hi everyone, can anyone help me out. I am planning to do a 3 or 4 tiered stacked cake for my sisters wedding. i am planing on a 12" and 10" chocolate biscuit cake and an 8" fruit cake with a 6" lemon sponge cake. the toppper is going to a brooch topper to match her bouquet so i reckon it will be heavy enough. i have no problem dowelling the 6" and 8" cake but can anyone tell me or advise me do I need to dowel the chocolate biscuit cakes and if so, how can i do this? thanks everyone
