How Much Chocolate Ganache For 5" Square Cake??

AHi, I am making a building block cake and I am using 4 5" square cakes. 3 of the cakes are going to be covered in white chocolate ganache (1 caramel, 1 strawberry, one plain white choc) and 1 is milk chocolate ganache.
My question is how much ganache do I need for each of these cakes.?
