AHey everyone! I was just curious, I am considering starting a job at a Cupcakery and am wondering if anyone has some tips on how to work fast, piping perfect swirls, and any other handy-dandy techniques on how to decorate a perfect cupcake:) THANKS!

my best advice is to be a sponge on your first few days.  learn as much as you can from your co-workers and trainer.  They should show you how they want the icing applied and anything else you need to know.  Keep a positive attitude, arrive ontime or a few minutes early and always ask at the end of your shift if there is anything else they would like you to do before you go home.  The rest will come with time.

Good luck!! Remeber attitude is everything!  (It never hurts to practice techniques at home either ;-)
