I'm not sure the last post worked, but this is the finished cake!!! I loved my cobbled stones but I ended up covering most of them up, and I'm not sure it was "ruined" enough but it was a very hard cake!! Made easier with all the help and support!!! Thank you!!

it's awesome!! you did an amazing job

 

there's no mistaking it is absolutely the colosseum--and the scale is perfect

 

i'm curious, what is the occasion for this cake?

Thank you!!! It was a 21st birthday cake for a girl called Becky as a surprise by her mum, for a fancy dress party. They'd been together as a family and the party had a R&B theme for Rebecca or Becky!!! So everyone was dressing up in r or b, the mum told me she was going as bo peep, the dad as robin hood and the daughter in burlesque!!!! Sounds fun!!! Wish I could be a fly on the wall!!!!!! I've really enjoyed this process with you!! Xxx
