How can I incorporate this design to decorate cupcakes? As toppers or using these colors of pink/white and black? Any ideas? Thanks!

would be cute to make the dress

think like making an upside down flower with a bodice

the upside down flower part which would be the skirt of the dress could cover the top of the cupcake like icing-- then the bodice could hover over on a popsicle stick or if you could dry it out real good so it stands up

but i would delete the dress form maybe for that~~~

or make the skirt 3-d and the bodice 2-d on the popsicle stick~~~

or use the popsicle stick as a hanger rod sticking up out of the cupcake top--and hang the dress on a hanger on it--make it mini-sized

just some random ideas--i was thinking all fondant
