Pricing Matrix Satin Ice Per Serving

I downloaded an amazing pricing matrix from this forum. I have spent all afternoon entering my ingredients, their prices, quantities, etc. Perhaps my non mathematical brain is stuck, but I am at a loss for figuring out my cost per serving of Satin Ice. I don't use a ton of fondant, so I only buy the 2 lb containers. It costs me $15.99/2 lb container. I'm not sure how many servings a container covers, therefore, I can't figure out my cost per serving. Honestly, I'm confusing myself just trying to type out this post. If anyone comprehends what I'm asking, please chime in :)
AFind out how many pounds of fondant it takes to cover a cake, then divide by the number of servings in that cake. For example, if a 12" round takes 3 pounds of fondant and serves 56 people, you use 0.0536 pounds per serving. If each pound of fondant costs $8, the fondant cost per serving for a 12" round is about 43 cents (for the cost of the fondant only, the labor would be additional).
This may vary depending on the size of the cake so you'll want to do this calculation for all your popular tier sizes.
