I just started watching Crumb Boss a few weeks ago.  I tried her vanilla cake recipe & Swiss vanilla buttercream.  The cake was the most delicious cake I've ever tasted.  Everyone that tasted it said the same.  The buttercream was in my opinion too buttery.  Next time I will try and use 1/2 the amount of butter the recipe calls for & increase the shortening.  Now I just need to find a good chocolate cake & frosting recipe.  Not having any luck on the Crumb Boss site.  Everything I pull up is not available.

AI really enjoy watching and learning from Gretchen but her video producer is just too loud, talks over Gretchen & usually has the camera panning all over the place instead of on what Gretchen is showing you.
