My mom's retirement party is in 10 days. I volunteered to make the cupcakes.
She absolutely loves the Pumpkin Spice WASC recipe I use. However, that doesn't seem like a "spring" flavor to me.
As of now, I am making Vanilla, Vanilla filled with Raspberry, both with traditional buttercream; Lemon with Whipped Lemon Frosting (some might be filled with raspberry as well)
I need something else. . .
One idea I had was Banana Butterscotch as it doesn't seem quite as "fall-ish".
Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions?
