So after reading all the threads on fondant sugar cookies. Just some clarity here. I am making Mickey Mouse Sugar cookie pops with fondant. Party is on Saturday. If I bake the cookies on the stick and put the fondant on them. say on Monday, freeze them. thaw them on Thursday and decorate and pack them individually in cello bags they should be still fresh on Saturday.
And also I was planning to paint the cookies with dry food color mixed with white liquor. I was told this was very easy to do. And cheaper than buying different colors of fondant. Any suggestions would be helpful
