hello everyone!!!  I just recently found this site as i am beginning to embark on some new baking adventures. i used to hate baking, mostly because nothing ever really turned out like I wanted.  But as i've gotten older, i've discovered my love for all sorts of culinary arts.  I started with cheesecakes actually.  It took me years to perfect them, and i'm always up for a challenging cheesecake.(i get soooo many requests for them and i'd be more than happy to share any knowledge with anyone if they need)  more recently i've taken an interest in cupcakes.  trying new recipies and flavors and i'm in love!  Working on frostings a lot sometimes I have a problem getting them the right consistency.  My grandma is pushing me to open a shop, because she really says i have a gift for this, however i don't have the money to do that right now :)  i'm going to be taking decorating classes as that is my biggest downfall and i really have nooo idea on how to decorate well. :)  I;ve read through so many posts in here and i'm learning so much.  a lot of the questions i have come up with have already been answered, which i why i haven't really engaged much in conversation.  I'm in awe of so many of you and your talents and i can only hope that one day i will find my place in this delectable business :)  Thank you all for being so inspiring and helpful!
