I found a photo of a wedding cake and cannot track down who made it so to ask them. I want to figure out the best way to get the fruit gold on top.

It has a very sold gold color without any "apple skin" poking out.

I don't have an airbrush machine, and I do not want to use gold leafing because I want to color a TON of apples.

Some thoughts I had were using edible spray paint like Chefmaster's or Americolor so if anyone has reviews on that it would be wonderful.

Would it be possible to dip the apples in a gold luster dust/vodka mixture?

Or dipping the apples in Americolor Airbrush gold?

Any input is greatly appreciated!!

Thank you so much!!!
