Hello, I am going to make a champagne bottle cake for a 50th Birthday the lower level will be a 2 layer sheet cake with the bottle on top. I think I have the bottle idea, however if anyone has done the label please let me know how you did it. I thought of getting one printed but if there is a easy way of doing it with fondant and icing let me know. Thanks in advance

I think printing it or painting it would be best.

Will the bottle be made out of fondant/gumpaste? and no one is going to eat it? You are not charging for it?..... then i would print it on paper/rice paper and paste it (the cheaper way)

The bottle will be a cake covered with fondant. I will be charging for the cake.

Thanks

Ok, then you will have to do an edible image.
