There are a couple recipes in the recipe section. Basically its the same as making regular mmf, but sifting some cocoa powder into the powdered sugar first.

Funny because I just made a batch today and didn't follow any recipes! Oops! I used just enough water to melt the MM, then added a big squirt of Hershey's chocolate syrup, as well as vanilla, confectioners sugar and some cocoa powder. It's not dark, but could be if you add more syrup and more cocoa. Tasted chocolatey!
