AI saw this cake and am curious how to make it. The cake looks like it has some kind of coating/covering so it does not asborb the jello liquid. Everything I came up with when I googled was jello poke cake or jello in a cake recipe.
AThe girl, stars and the purple stuff around the cake. I think the purple stuff is maybe jello mixed with sweet condensed milk. I want to know what the clearish stuff is that is between the cake and the purple jello.

This tutorial is in Spanish but if you translate it you can see that they put the cake on top of a set layer of the condensed milk jello, then pour syrup on to the top of the cake which protects it from the remaining jello that's poured on top.

If you speak Spanish, here is a video. Based on this, it looks like the outer layer in the OP picture is basically almost like a stabilized whipped cream but made with a lot of gelatin.
