AI just made my first batch of Marshmallow Fondant and it says in the recipe to let it rest over night. Now - it's double wrapped and bagged in a ziplock. Do I put it in the fridge?

Thank you :)

From past recipes for mmf on this site, it is suggested that you never put mmf in the frig.  makes it harder to work with and  will not spoil so needs no frigeration.  Will keep several weeks if double wrapped in baggie then I put mine in a tupperware type bowl with tight lid.  Works great and I have had some black mmf last a lot longer.
