I made some marshmallow fondant earlier (big mistake, its humid and rainy here today) and ran out of powdered sugar. I wanted to salvage it, so I've covered it in Crisco and wrapped in Saran wrap. It will be a few hours before I can get more powdered sugar. Will it still be ok to add to the MMF after a few hours of sitting at room temp or do I need to scrap it and start over? Please help!!
