I have used marshmallow fondant a few times and just wondered if there is something better out there? when watching Cake Boss the fondant they use looks so perfect and doesn't show bumps or anything... What should I use? 

There are several prepared fondants you can try. Which is the "best" is a matter of personal preference. I would suggest you buy some samples or small portions and give them a try!! Good luck!
