I need suggestion on how to A) make this bottle or B) support a real bottle. Let me know your thoughts :-)

Thanks so much!! I won't actually be making this cake, a neighbor wanted it but had talked to a local bakery who wanted to charge $300 for it so he went with a laid down version. Of course he then asked me for pricing on it. I later after posting this, found out he had actually already ordered a cake and just wanted to know my pricing. Ugh but I love the cake and am curious to learn either way. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
