Do you buy your fondant or make your own? Also, how can I store my un-used fondant so it does not get dry? Thanks@

I make my own fondant, its marshmallow fondant. I store my unused fondant in a zip lock bag, I grease the fondant then wrap in plastic wrap then put it in a zip lock bag.

AI hate Wilton fondant. I think it looks ok, but taste wise, yuck. I use Duff fondant and so far, everybody that has gotten a cake from me loves it as much as I do

I make my own. It's so easy and so much cheaper than pre-made. And it tastes MUCH better.

I refuse to use Wilton, it tastes like plastic gone bad. I either make my own MMF, or for bright colors such as red and purple I purchase Fondarific vanilla buttercream fondant. I get mine on Amazon and with Prime membership the cost isn't bad at all. It also tastes great and is very easy to work with.
