Just good Business and Customer courtesy

This is how to keep customers coming back. I placed an order with Cake Supplies Depot for some Ateco tips. Being me i did not look closely at the drop down bar. I needed tips 030, 050, 060 and 070 well I ordered on mistake 30, 50, 60, 70. So I asked what I needed to do to get the correct tip since  did not need the ones i ordered on mistake. The manager who does not work on  the weekends was called and asked. She said if I was willing to pay for the new tips they would wave all shipping cost because sending the others back would cost more and I would be paying shipping 3 times and they would ship my tips on Monday and I should have them by Thursday!...Thank you Cake Supplies Depot for being prompt and having great customer skills.
