I am making a nursing cake and the lady I am making it for is INSISTANT that it have RN incorporated on the cake somewhere.  After getting some inspiration on this site,  I will be making a 2 tier cake with a pill bottle spilling, a stethoscope, a needle, and possibly a bandaid or 2.  But how do I incorporate the RN without making it look forced and random that it is on there?  Please help!!!  Thank you!

APerhaps make it like a brooch? Maybe a nurses pocket watch and it can be on the face of the clock bit. Hmm I see the problem your having :p

why don't you make a gumpaste badge? working at a hospital,your required to have a badge with your name and what you do... clerk,Rad Tech,RN,ect.
