Hi guys, I found this picture online, I was just wondering if someone knows what's the snow on each layer made of, or how to do it...

could be chocolate

or fondant

it looks like it was chocolate poured twice

it's just so white it's probably not choco

but it def looks like it was poured once then poured a second time over that

maybe almond bark type (no cocoa butter) "chocolate'

nice nice cake

yeah my guess is melted non-cocoa butter white chocolate

I was addicted to the Hokey Pokey, but I turned myself around.

It's royal icing, although I have since done another version of it and I used buttercream.

Oh and then I sprinkled it with those clear sugar sprinkles to make it sparkle.

it looked too creamy for royal!

but i thought it was also too white for choco too!

How do you do it with buttercream? Do you just make it a little more liquid so it looks like that?
