Hi to All,I need urgent help please.I am trying to understand how to do this cake.What sizes of cakes should i bake?Should i carve or not.cake has to feed 40 party serving.Thank you in advance.

different ways to do it

 

one way is to do a two tier

 

the bottom tier is a 7" and 8"

 

top tier is a 9" two layer cake

 

minimally sculpted--just trimsmooth the sides

 

that gives you more servings than you need but it's a sculpture
