What Size Cakes Should I Use To Make This??? Please Help

I am only making the first and second tier but need them to feed 65. I don't want a huge cake that will go to waste but never want to be short. I know I have to double each layer for the height will that Aldo double serving sizes????
Need help ASAP making cake tomorrow thanks so much
