What kind of flowers are these - what cuttter to use?

I love the flowers on this cake but the caption says they are Juliet Roses but when I search Juliet roses they don't look anything like this.  Do you know what they are and if so what cutter to use to make them.  Thanks!

They look like fantasy roses to me. 

 

I'd make them using a variety of single rose petal cutters and vein them with an orchid veiner like this one:

and molded buttons for the centers.

 

Very pretty.
