That must be the site that CC blocks. Just google wedding bouquet flavor and creme bouquet flavor and you'll find them.

Edited to say: Yes, I forgot that there's more than one site that CC blocks.

There. Their. They're not the same.

I hope I die before "your" becomes the official contraction of "you are."

So I found out -  but if you look at what I re-posted, one should be able to figure out where I was :)

wonder why they block that particular site?

I tried to find that out a couple of years ago and never quite got a straight answer.

It's Friday night, I'm laying in bed with my jammies on. I have nothing booked this weekend and I have plans tomorrow to go the Ramen Festival (not my idea, well maybe it was my idea, but that's just because of the noodles...) The phone rings. I answer because my son is out and I will always answer anyway.

Hello I need a Spiderman cake for Sunday, for 20, but you can do 25 if you need to.. (what?)

Well, I don't think I can bake it for you and have it done for you Sunday morning. I am a custom order baker....

I don't need it in the morning, I need it by 1. (grrr)

I am booked tomorrow (noodles!) I just wouldn't be able to get that done for you (unless I baked all day) and i don't keep product on hand.

I am then on the phone for another 10 minutes answering these questions:

If I bring you a plain cake can you decorate it like Spiderman?

Can you just do something simple (with spiderman on it)?

Is there another place you can recommend?

Where is it?

Where??

Near where?

How do you spell it?

That's North on the five?

Is that towards the ocean?

Where do you turn?

Near the TArget?

On La Paz and Oso?

Jeronimo?

Where?

Do they make character cakes?

Are they good?

Where is it?

On the corner?

What's the name?

Do you know when they open?

Are you sure you can't just do it if I bring you a plain cake?

Oh my god! Lady! Look it up!!!

I was nice because, well, I'm nice, and because I don't want to alienate people, but for goodness sake!

This is definitely one of those cases where I disconnect the phone in mid-word and make it sound like we got cut off.  "You turn right by the supermar-----".  Agree with you.  Look it up.  Or as the kids say, "Google it."

Sure, I can make you a cake with a spider on it, just have to go outside and find one...

Google is a sadly underutilized tool. It really annoys the pee out of me when someone will ask a super easy question that would take them 5 seconds to look up. Smartphones aren't just for games people!!! Grrrrrr

I've resorted to using lmgtfy when I'm feeling sarcastic. Only use it with friends (wouldn't dare with clients for obvious reasons). However I do have the urge to post the following link on forums/ cake groups several times per week: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=How+to+price+a+cake
