Hi everyone! I'm making a Lightning Mcqueen birthday cake for my neighbor's son and he is allergic to eggs. It's not a deathly allergy, just one that would make him sick. His mom told me he can have some eggs as long as they are cooked, but all of my recipes I use for shaped fondant decorated cakes have 4 or more eggs in the recipe and I'm worried that many eggs will make him sick. Anyone have any good recipes that have fewer eggs that will stand up to shaping and fondant? Thanks!
