Yes having trouble since last week, Renewed subsription last week and never got a download of the latest issue as advertised. Tried contacting customer support, no luck. Thought I was the only one. Hope everything gets worked out.

I thought CC had gotten better about the mag subscriptions being that they are digital now... But something told me not to order.......and I did anyway.

When I ordered my subscription, CC accepted my money immediately... But I have yet to see any subscription confirmation etc....
....so far I have emailed, and called customer service but no luck.

And as usual..So frustrating.

Any luck with your subscription order? No response on my end still. Very weird the moderators have not even posted anything on any of the forums lately.. How can we even contact Jackie or Heath or anybody that cares about loyal customers?

Unfortunately no...i have been emailing and calling them pretty much every day since....im going to give them a little more time, then file for a stop payment, etc...

curious...how did you pay for yours? PayPal or credit card?

Paid by Paypal. Finally got a response fom customer support with the download of last month's issue (October issue) which I already had. My last email was directly to Jackie. I am not sure if that was the email that helped with a response. Any luck with you? I hope so. Will you be reading the magazine on an IPad?

Hmmm I payed with PayPal too...interesting. I still have not heard back. Would you mind PMing me Jackie's address? It is definitely worth the try. This whole thing saddens me...I would have full respect for them if they were just honest and forthcoming with us. If they can't hadle the volume just say so, and maybe look for help. But to keep promoting sales without any customer support / ignoring of all communications and taking your money...it's just wrong. I really want to be a part of this community,..it's become harder to be supportive.

I also subscribed to magazine on 26th of November and still not received download, I paid with PayPal . Have you had any success yet, do you have Jackie e mail and I will try her.

We contacted Jackie via PM on here.

For me, I contacted &  received a response from her on the 6th, basically telling me to check my spam folder (of which I have done) of course .

In response, i tried to lay all the details out for her. Steps I took in placing the order and such. 

I also explained to her that their lack of customer support, is another issue. That really needs to be addressed. I had called and emailed almost every day for over a week, leaving my cell, work phone number, etc...and of course nothing.

 Also it seems that CC is automatically pulling the Paypal contact info (like email)  instead of your CC store account info. For me this is 2 different email addresses. She told me that my subscription was being sent to there...but of course I have not gotten anything. Long story short, In general this really isn't a good idea on their part (and I told her this). CC should not be using PayPal, online Stores do not function this way, and it really should be changed, but this is probably a whole bother problem)

 So if you, like me have a separate email for PayPal, first check that.

Like I said I have checked all my email addresses, spam folders etc. with no responses. To me, it sounds like they are having multiple problems, from multiple directions. Especially being that I am obviously not the only Paypal related problem. 

I would definitely give her a message, reiterating your problems, and including your steps in ordering. I have not heard back since that first PM...and tried sending her another PM yesterday....so far nothing....I really hope to hear back soon....

Thanks for your update, that's shocking you are no further forward, the fact Jackie has contacted you, and still no action. I always check spam e mails and my Paypal account is same e mail address.
Not sure how to PM Jackie in this forum, still learning!
Think it is shocking how CC is dealing ( or not in this case) with customers, it is so frustrating when no one responds to e mails or phone calls - shame on you CC

If you aren't getting any response in a reasonable timeframe I recommend disputing the charge with Paypal or your credit card company.

Jason, yes that is the plan...I already have talked to PayPal....and that will be my next step...probably today. I wanted to give CC sometime for if there was a problem. I of course have contacted every outlet possible. Jackie, has stopped responding which is the BIGGEST disappointment of all. I told her steps I'd taken, problems that needed to addressed, with the hopes of working it out. But now the ignoring of any responses is just plain ridiculous. This is pretty much the last straw....
