Hi everyone!

I've made a xmas cake and I'm putting figures on the top,

My question is what is the best thing to "glue" the figures to the top of the cake?

Will moisture from the Royal Icing soak into them and make them soggy if I use that?

I was thinking about edible glue too, but I don't know if they will hold in place.

Thanks icon_smile.gif

How about using a small dab of Royal Icing to glue?

Just my two pennies worth...

I use Royal Icing always, never have a problem.  They never become soggy, edible glue may not hold your pieces if they are on the heavier side.

I ended up using Royal Icing, and they seem to be ok
